Removable appliances

Removable appliances, in contrast to fixed appliances, are removed from the teeth by the patient. These appliances are worn by patients for a specified number of hours during the day and/or night. The effectiveness of orthodontic treatment depends on the type of defect, the age of the patient, and above all on the cooperation of the patient’s doctor. During treatment, it is important to observe certain rules and guidelines outlined by the orthodontist.
